This residence sits high on an exposed bluff with extraordinary views of the Strait of Juan de Fuca. To compensate for high winds and shallow soil, tiles of sedums were laid. The drought-tolerant tiles create swaths of instant greenery and are very low maintenance. Lighting was strategically placed alongside old and new pathways, while spot lighting helps decorative specimen trees stand out.
